Caine is the AI in control of almost the entire digital world.
He's always doing everything in his power to make the members lives living hell, and very much succeeds in that regard.
Sometimes, though, NPCs can exist without him even knowing, and he cannot change them, if they're friendly, he can't stop the friendly NPC from guiding, helping, and benefiting the members, or if the NPC is hostile and dangerous. This isn't always completely out of his control, though, it's one of the things that's out of his control.[ DESIGN NOTES: ]・ all the eyes represent each member/human!!

Pomni is a very chill and laid back guy who has a passion for music and loves playing guitar.
He's a bit emo, but he's overall a sweet and chill guy, very friendly and approachable. You'll oftenly see him either holding his guitar, holding his guitar while sitting on a speaker, or with his headphones on.
He's always open to comfort those who need it, and is good at empathizing with others, especially his friends.
He's good at not only playing his guitar but also good at singing. Sometimes he will even write lyrics, just for fun, or to vent, or maybe for his friends. He's protective of his friends and hates Caine, just like the rest.
He has a dart board with a picture of Caine on it in his room.
In his room he also, of course, has speakers and his guitar.￬

Jax is known for being quiet, cold, and a bit distant. He oftenly claims to be members from the past who have abstracted, leading the others to believe there's a possibility he has a personality disorder, of some kind. He explains by telling them the past members possess his body for certain periods of time, at random times.
He has an addiction to literal poison (basically a drug in the digital realm). This leads to self harm/self destructive behaviors, mood swings, extreme anxiety and depression, and whatnot. He is nice, and genuinely a good guy, just given the circumstances it's not always possible to always do perfect, or to always fight.
He is trying, though.￬

Ragatha has crippling anxiety, and can barely even function.
She always stutters.
She's extremely anxious all the time, she's always paranoid and anxious and she's extremely sensitive, all the others are very, very soft and gentle to her because she is VERY fragile and they all know it.
She's kind and caring and usually does the helping when the others get injured (unless of course she's injured,, obviously).
She has sensory issues and is sensitive to loud noises, strong smells, bright blinding lights, certain textures, and will have sensory overloads.
The one she's mainly around is Kinger, since they're both best friends. They are very close and Kinger will comfort and be there for her and lets her vent as much as she wants and will hold her and comfort her.
She's always stressing over the what if's and always scared the worst case scenarios will go down and is always negative.
She needs a hug. Can we all just give her a hug.?￬

He's caring, loving, supportive, wise, sometimes can be a bit naive, and he's a shoulder to cry on for the others.
Queenie did exist in this AU but abstracted... (EDIT: hell yeah, she was confirmed in episode 3!!!
(Also, the way he acted in the third episode is actually pretty accurate to him in my AU!)
Even though he very much misses Queenie, he knows that it's important to not grieve too much, and really appreciate those he still has with him...￬

Zooble is the positive and outgoing person of the group!
They are kind, loving, caring, optimistic, social butterfly, and keeps the ground together, and always tries to find a brighter side to dark situations and help cheer up their friends.
This being the reason that most times the entire group hangs out in Zooble's room!
Zooble can be sensitive at times and sometimes has a bad habit of bottling up their emotions, being so focused on trying to stay positive and not wanting to worry their friends. Though, ultimately, they do share, vent, and express their emotions with the group still, since they're all very close and open with each other and knows they're safe with their friends.[ DESIGN NOTES: ]・The ears don't move; they cant move!

Gangle is known for her mischievous and chaotic persona. She's funny and sassy.
She's also easily peeved and over defensive.
She's oftenly pranking Jax, for no given reason. She's actually a very caring person, and loves her friends, including Jax.
She enjoys watching anime and making fanart and fanfics.
She likes to quote memes, vines, quotes from her interests, and sometimes even songs. Oftenly Zooble is just trying to get her hyper ass to calm tf down but doesn't always succeed.
Still with her silly personality, she can still come off as intimidating, and make it clear when she's upset. Don't underestimate her![ DESIGN NOTES: ]・Her ears don't move!!; her head/face I a bit like a mask which is why her face has cracks on it, and the ears don't move!

・Her tails can extend as far as she wants them to, they are strong and she can use them as hands like to pick things up and whatnot. When they are cut, it does hurt her, but they do regenerate!￬

[ STORY !!!.](NOTE: This AU is a work in progress!! Still developing story, characters, and all that stuff,, and the ending of the story will depend on how the actual series ends! So, it will not be entirely finished until the actual series is complete and depending on how the show ends, will depend on how this AU story ends!!),,,A group of humans are trapped inside a digital world, one that is a horror, survival game.
They all want an exit, but they cannot find one.
Caine, the ringmaster and AI in control of almost the entire digital world is evil.
He is hostile, manipulative, and bloodthirsty.
He tells these humans in order to exit this digital world, they must go on 'journeys'.
Throughout these, they will be in constant danger, face deadly obstacles, all while being stalked by Caine in a desperate attempt to find the exit of which they are not even absolutely certain exists.
The members usually take four people at once, and splits into pears...
Though, most times are spent cooped up in their bedrooms, the only safe locations in the entire digital world, hiding from Caine.
The members can indeed feel pain, be wounded, bleed, and take serious injuries but the only way of death is by abstracting.
The members oftenly will attempt to escape by ending their lives only to find it is not possible. This, oftenly leads to them abstracting...══════════════════════════════════════[ RANDOM FACTS !!]・There is a timer which will make Caine unable to appear for a certain amount of time. He's not always out there but can spawn if he sees someone out there and wants to mess with them., , ,・The only completely safe places are the members rooms.! They mostly just don't leave their rooms… but being stuck inside a room 24/7, is gonna drive you insane. They can defeat Caine even though it is extremely difficult and unlikely but if they do they'll be rewarded a break from Caine to which the Moon (from outside) will narrate, announcing how much time until Caine respawns! This applies up until Caine mentions the journeys only difference being they don't stay in there and will sometimes actually go through all the bullshit to try to find an exit. But always to no avail..., , ,・unlike in the actual series, they can cuss and it's uncensored., , ,・oh, yeah, very important, they can get hurt, they can feel pain, it doesn't immediately heal, but their only way of dying is abstracting!!., , ,・much like the actual show, sleep and food+drinks isn't a necessity, but food does not only help improve their mental/emotional state, it helps them have more energy and will help their injuries heal quicker,, sleep being very similar, sleep will help them recover quicker, and lack of sleep can lower their sanity, drain their energy a bit, and make their mental state worsen., , ,・oh and if a child were to put on the headset, it won't allow them to enter, instead, the headset would immediately bug out and break, not allowing children to enter.══════════════════════════════════════[ DESIGNS !]・THE ENVIRONMENT﹕more eerie, not as bright colors and has a eerie feel, almost nightmare feel to it, it's cold and unwelcoming.
